Sunday Post

The Sunday Post is a meme hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer. ~ Inspired by the meme In My Mailbox.~ It’s a chance to share News. A post to recap the past week, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up for the week on our blog.

I no longer own a bookstore!! Okay…I do, it’s not open to the public anymore because I get to move a TON a books in the next few weeks. I sold quite a bit but I had so many books to begin with. I’m supposed to have a few more buyers coming by this week, so hopefully I sell some more.

I slept until noon. NOON! It was amazing. *sigh*

RP is today! We’ve moved onto a Dragon Age game because our DM was getting abit overwhelmed with writing up story line for each weekend. No worries, though because this one is going great. I play a character that’s 6’8″ (Qunari, for those who know Dragon Age) and strong enough to knock down a tree as a joke. She’s also really friendly and outgoing, which is hard for me to play but a lot of fun so we’ll see were it goes.

A new chapter in your life. I hope you get to sell a few more books and get a few more sleep-ins!

I’ve never played Dragon Age in fact I didn’t realize there was an RPG version or tabletop version I should say. But I’ve heard great things about the computer game. A Qunari sounds pretty badass. 🙂

That has to be an exciting but weird time with what is going on with the book store. Sleeping in can be great when it hasn’t happened for a while. Have a great week. 🙂

  4. You sound relieved! The Star-Touched Qeen has had mixed reviews, so I will be looking forward to your thoughts. Have a fabulous week. 🙂

Oh my gosh, I can’t remember the last time I slept til noon! So happy for you! I’m an early riser. I’m usually up by 6am. lol My husband is the opposite. He could sleep all day if I would let him. I hope everything goes well for you now that the store is closed. Have a great week!

  6. Darren says:

Hope you’re post-book shop life goes well. Enjoy a bit of downtime while you can. 🙂

  7. Sleeping til noon sounds like something I could only do in my wildest dreams. It’s still dark when I wake up now! Haha 🙂
